PADI Divemaster – Bring your diving experience to a new level
The PADI Divemaster course teaches you everything a leader in diving needs to know and be able to do in order to take responsibility for the activities of certified divers. You will learn the knowledge and skills for this in lessons to develop your knowledge, practical water lessons and workshops, and various assessments. Topics and practical workshops include: Role and characteristics of the PADI Divemaster Supervision of general diving skills in certified divers and assisting in the training of divers Diving safety and risk management. Programs and special skills to be performed independently by the Divemaster Diving as a business and your career Awareness of underwater issues Organizing and managing a dive site Making a map of the dive site Conducting briefings Organizing search-and-recovery scenarios and a deep dive Conducting the ReActivate program and supervision in the Skin Diver course Assisting in the Discover Scuba Diving program and conducting the Discover Local Diving program. Your instructor can also offer you the PADI specialty courses PADI Deep Diver and Search and Recovery Diver along with your Divemaster training to help you meet all the requirements and expand your skills. You may be able to get college credit for the Divemaster course – check with your PADI Instructor. *This course fee only includes your online learning, assessments and your certification. Fees apply for the practical training at your PADI dive center and the dives; equipment, boards for student divers and a logbook can be purchased at your dive center.

Conditions
Minimum age:18 years or older
Prerequisites:Rescue Diver, 40 logged dives, CPR and first aid certification within 24 months, medical diver certification.
