PADI Scuba Diver – Your First Step to Dive Certification

The PADI Scuba Diver course is a sub-program of the PADI Open Water Diver course. If you’re short on time but eager to become a scuba diver, the PADI Scuba Diver “Brevet” (PADI’s diver certification card) may be right for you – especially if you want to dive primarily with only a dive guide. This course is an intermediate step on the way to the PADI Open Water Diver certification, if that is your ultimate goal.

PADI Scuba Divers are qualified to do the following:

– To dive only under the direct supervision of a PADI dive professional to a maximum depth of 12 meters / 40 feet.

– Obtain tank fills, rent or purchase dive equipment, and participate in dive activities as long as adequate “supervision” (monitoring of activities) is provided.

– Continue your dive education later by completing the PADI Open Water Diver course as well as some specific specialty courses.

What to expect

Your speedboat snorkeling adventure begins at Blue Brothers Diving in El Gouna, where you’ll check in and meet your guide. Here, you’ll also try on your snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, and wetsuit if needed) to ensure a perfect fit. Once everyone is ready, a comfortable shuttle bus will take you on a short ride to the marina, where our speedboat awaits.

Boarding & Safety Briefing

Once on the speedboat, your guide will provide a safety briefing as we head toward the snorkeling site. Enjoy the scenic views while leaving the marina and cruising across the turquoise waters of the Red Sea.

Snorkeling Stop

Upon arrival at the snorkeling site, your guide will give a short introduction before you jump into the crystal-clear waters to explore the vibrant reef. Your guide will be in the water to assist and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Relax & Enjoy the Sun

After your snorkeling session, there will be some time to relax on the boat, soak up the sun, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Feel free to unwind, take photos, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere before we head back.

Return to El Gouna

Once everyone is back on board, refresh with a soft drink and water as we cruise back toward El Gouna. Upon arrival at the marina, our shuttle bus will take you back to Blue Brothers Diving, where your adventure ends.

This 2.5-hour tour is the perfect way to experience the beauty of the Red Sea – all in a fun, fast, and efficient trip!
